Please read the following Instructions before Laying the Tiles

1.

Variation in shade, colour & pattern is natural features of ceramics, therefore we advised you to purchase sufficient tiles at one time to complete the job.

2.

First of all, before opening the boxes of tiles, please check manufacturing date, design name, colour tone and batch. We advise use the material having same batch and same date in a single room.

3.

Please check the level of prepared bed.

4.

Slope should be given on the surface on which tiles are to be fixed for water preparing flow at the time of mortar bed, The mortar bed or surface on which tiles are to be fixed should be fine, smooth, dirt free & dust free to avoid contamination.

5.

Ceramic / Vitrified tiles have inherent property of colour variation. So before laying please follow the instruction as below.

a.

First of all, lay the tiles in room without applying cement mortar and observe the tiles for colour tone & if some tiles does not match with others for colour or size, Please lay all tiles in such a way that arrow behind the tiles or symbol of tiles should remain in one direction in whole room.

b.

Please lay all the tiles in such a way that "arrow behind the tiles" or "symbol of tiles" should remain in one direction in whole room.

c.

Before laying the Stonela Series Tiles please Check that back side of the tiles symbol be in a same direction.

d.

To add beauty on the laid surface, a gap of 3 to 4 mm spacers can be kept between two tiles.

e.

Please fillup the joints between 2 tiles after 24 hours of laying

f.

After finishing the joint filling wipe out of excess grout with a damp sponge and polish the tiles with a soft wand dry cloth for a clean surface. The tiles can also be clean by mild acid.

Allow 3 to 4 days for bed drying

7.

Before doing cement or furniture work on laid tiles, we advise to use plain plastic(without printed) with POP coating on it
